This JC SORT potato grader is composed of a hoist and a grader. The hoist is automatically lifted and the rollers rotate automatically to achieve uniform feeding. The grader is based on the principle of lifting rollers, using a series of stainless steel rollers moving forward, a fixed bottom roller and a height-adjustable roller to grade crops by width and diameter. Each and every second roller is mounted on a polymer guide plate, which enables them to lift vertically to achieve grade size sorting. The size of the grader can be adjusted at will.
