JC SORT orange cleaning and weight grading machine consists of 7 parts: water pool elevator, brush cleaning machine, brush air-drying machine, fruit picking table, waxing machine, dryer and grader. The navel oranges are poured into the water pool elevator for soaking, cleaned by the brush cleaning machine, and air-dried by the brush air-drying machine, and then transported to the fruit picking table to select rotten fruits. The selected rotten fruits can be directly thrown into the discharge hoppers on both sides and transported out by the conveyor belt below, and then waxed evenly in the waxing machine, dried in the dryer, and finally sorted by the diameter of the navel orange in the grader. The size of the sorting machine can be adjusted at will.
