This JC SORT lemon cleaning and grading machine consists of five parts: a water tank elevator, a brush cleaning machine, a brush air dryer, a fruit picking table and a grader. Lemons are poured into the water tank elevator to soak, cleaned in the brush cleaning machine, and blown dry in the brush air dryer. The rotten fruits are picked out on the fruit picking table. The selected rotten fruits can be directly thrown into the discharge hoppers on both sides and transported out by the conveyor belt at the bottom. Finally, the lemons are sorted by diameter on the roller grader.
