This JC SORT onion grader is composed of an elevator, a fruit picking platform and a grader. The elevator is automatically lifted, and the rollers rotate automatically to achieve uniform feeding. The bad onions are manually picked out at the fruit picking platform. The picked onions can be directly thrown into the discharge hoppers on both sides and uniformly transported out by the conveyor belt below. The grader is based on the principle of lifting rollers, using a series of forward-moving stainless steel rollers, a fixed bottom roller and a height-adjustable roller to grade crops by width and diameter. Each first and second roller is mounted on a polymer guide plate, which enables them to be lifted and lowered vertically to achieve grade size sorting, suitable for sorting a variety of crops.
