This JC SORT date cleaning and grading machine consists of three parts: a bubble elevator, a polishing and air-drying machine and a grader. The dates are poured into the bubble elevator for soaking, and then enter the polishing and air-drying machine to brush the moisture on the surface of the dates clean and polish them before entering the grader. The grader is a roller-type grader. The roller-type grader drives the rollers on the grading bed to move forward in parallel through the rotation of the spiral shaft, and gradually increases the gap between the rollers to achieve the corresponding size of the dates, so that the dates fall from the gap between the rollers onto the fruit conveyor belt, completing the purpose of grading the size of the dates.
