JC SORT citrus cleaning, waxing, drying and grading production line consists of 6 parts: elevator, high-pressure brush cleaning machine, polishing dryer, waxing machine, dryer and grader. Pour the citrus into the elevator, lift it up evenly by the roller bar and enter the high-pressure brush cleaning machine for cleaning. Then enter the polishing dryer to brush the moisture on the surface of the citrus, wax it evenly by the waxing machine, and then dry it by the dryer. The grader is a drum grader. When the citrus enters the grader, the smaller citrus will fall into the discharge hopper through the round holes on the drum, while the larger citrus will roll to the next drum with a larger hole under the rotation of the previous drum for graded discharge.
