This JC SORT small kumquat cleaning, weighing and grading machine consists of 5 parts: a water pool elevator, a high-pressure cleaner, an air dryer, a fruit picking platform and a grader. The small kumquats are poured into the water pool elevator to soak, washed in the high-pressure cleaner, blown dry in the air dryer, and manually selected for rotten fruits on the fruit picking platform. The selected rotten fruits can be directly thrown into the discharge hoppers on both sides and transported out uniformly by the conveyor belt below. The grader is a roller-type grader. The roller-type grader drives the rollers on the grading bed to move forward in parallel through the rotation of the spiral shaft, and gradually increases the gap between the rollers to achieve the corresponding size of the small kumquats, so that the small kumquats fall from the gap between the rollers onto the fruit conveyor belt, completing the purpose of grading the size of the small kumquats. Each grading outlet is equipped with a weighing display screen, and customers can freely set the weight size of the boxes of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades according to the display screen.
