This JC SORT apple cleaning optical sorting machine is composed of a water pool elevator, a fruit picking platform, a brush cleaning machine, a brush air-drying machine, a optical grader and a packaging platform. The frame filled with apples is pushed into the water pool elevator for soaking, then cleaned in the brush cleaning machine, blown dry in the brush air-drying machine, and arranged on the V-shaped conveyor belt for transportation. The photoelectric shooting system can identify the defects, color, size and weight of the apples. The graded apples are transported to the packaging platform through the conveyor belt, and the apples on the two grade conveyor belts are transported to the combined packaging platform. The packing workers take the frames from the empty box conveyor belt (fluent strip), put the frames on the inclined packaging board, and then manually put the apples into the packaging box. When the box is full, the frames are pushed to the full box conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt transports the apples to the unpowered roller.
