This JC SORT four-channel green pepper cleaning and grading machine is composed of a water pool elevator, a high-pressure brush cleaning machine, a fruit picking platform, a brush air dryer, a V-shaped conveyor belt and a weight grader. Pour the green peppers into the bubble water pool elevator to soak; enter the high-pressure brush cleaning machine to clean; transport to the fruit picking platform for manual selection, and the selected rotten fruits can be directly thrown into the discharge hoppers on both sides and transported out by the conveyor belt at the bottom; go to the polishing air dryer to brush the surface of the green peppers clean; pass through the V-shaped conveyor belt to the weight grader, and smoothly transport the empty boxes to sort the green peppers according to their weight.
