This JC SORT carrot cleaning and grading machine is composed of a pool elevator, a brush cleaning machine, a brush air-dryer and a grader. The carrots are poured into the elevator, transported to the brush cleaning machine for cleaning, and then blown dryer and transported to the grader. The grader is a roller-type grader. The roller-type grader drives the rollers on the grading bed to move forward in parallel through the rotation of the spiral shaft, and gradually increases the gap between the rollers to achieve the corresponding size of the carrots, so that the carrots fall from the gap between the rollers onto the fruit conveyor belt, completing the purpose of carrot size grading. The size of the grader can be adjusted at will.
