This JC SORT peach weight grader consists of two parts: an elevator and an electronic weight grader. Pour the peaches into the elevator belt feed hopper, and the elevator evenly transports them upward, allowing the peaches to rotate 360 degrees, making it easier for manual selection of inferior fruits. After that, they enter the arrangement conveyor belt and are transported to the fruit tray of the electronic scale in sequence. The weighing sensor senses the weight of each tomato, and the PLC calculates the set weight and drops from each outlet.
