The JCSORT cucumber size grading machine, with its flexible adaptability, can meet the grading needs of various scales and scenarios. It is widely used in cucumber farms, agricultural product processing companies, and fresh produce e-commerce distribution centers.
For large-scale farms, the equipment seamlessly integrates with the harvesting and cleaning processes, enabling a streamlined "harvesting-cleaning-grading" process. For example, in greenhouse cucumber farms, harvested cucumbers can be directly conveyed to the JCSORT for grading via a conveyor belt. The graded cucumbers are then sorted and boxed by size, eliminating the traditional cumbersome process of "stacking followed by manual sorting," reducing waste in the intermediate stages and rapidly completing grading, ensuring that fresh cucumbers can be shipped to market as quickly as possible, preserving their taste and freshness.
For agricultural product processing companies, the equipment can flexibly adjust grading parameters based on customer orders. For example, cucumber orders destined for Japan require a length of 25-30cm and a diameter of 3-4cm. Companies simply input these parameters into the device's control system for precise grading. To meet the needs of domestic supermarkets for premium packaging, more refined grading (such as 20-22cm, 22-24cm, and 24-26cm) can be set to meet the demands of different consumer groups and enhance product value.
For fresh produce e-commerce companies and distribution centers, a smaller version of the device (with a processing capacity of 800-1200 cucumbers per hour) can be adapted to warehouses with limited storage space, enabling on-demand grading and immediate delivery. For example, when a fresh produce e-commerce company receives an order for a "family-sized cucumber," the device can quickly select small cucumbers sized 15-20cm and individually package them, improving the customer experience while reducing returns and exchanges due to size discrepancies.
