Last year, a Kenyan customer consulted us about an avocado weight sorting line for his avocado packaging plant. According to the customer's production and functional requirements, our engineers customized a 4-line avocado electronic weighing and sorting line for him. This JC SORT avocado sorting line not only has a sorting function. The first part of this fruit washing, sorting and packaging line is a water pool, which is used to soak and wash the avocados. The next step is brush spray cleaning. The brush spray cleaning function in the avocado grader can clean the avocado again and air dry it.

The next step is 4-channel weight sorting. The 4-channel fruit sorting machine can sort avocados by weight more quickly and efficiently, and can process nearly 12 tons of avocados per hour. Each exit is equipped with 3 packing tables for workers to pack and box the sorted avocados. It is very convenient and efficient.

On June 13, two of our engineers went to Kenya to install this avocado washing, air-drying and grading line. Our engineers are all professional and experienced fruit and vegetable sorting equipment engineers. The machine was installed quickly and then debugged and tested several times.
